Professional Knife Exchange

When it comes to restaurants, butcher shops- or anyone who relies on their knives on a daily basis- we have two options.  We can come and sharpen your knives at a regular interval, or we can do a knife exchange.  With a knife exchange, we discuss with our customer what type of knives will best serve them on a regular basis.  Then we supply our customer with a fresh supply of sharp, quality knives at the interval of their choice.  Either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.  We pick up the dull knives, and leave a fresh set.

PRICING

Monthly - $6 a knife

Bi-weekly - $5.25 a knife

Weekly - $4.50 a knife

Example for a kitchen with 8 knives:

Monthly - $48 a month

Bi-weekly - $84 a month

Weekly - $144 a month
